Original shipping fee’s are non-refundable and return shipping is responsible of the customer.Store Refunds are determined and given if item was incorrect, or at fault of the Quinta Ranch Western Wear.Merchandise may be returned (unworn, unwashed, unmarked, odor and pet hair free) within 30 days of delivery confirmation for STORE CREDIT.We do not issue refunds or process exchanges. Store credit may be used to purchase the same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store credit will be given for the purchase prices of all eligible returned merchandise. Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to the store. Items are processed within 3-5 business days, after leaving warehouse.
